Join the team at Demi's Dog House in Houston, TX, as our full-time Dog Daycare Supervisor . You will play a key role in ensuring our pet care facility runs smoothly while creating exceptional experiences for both pets and their owners.

THE BASICS

Pay : With competitive pay of $17 – $22 per hour , this is an exciting opportunity to lead a passionate team in a boutique dog daycare, boarding, and grooming facility.

Schedule : This is a full-time pet care position with shifts that vary within our regular business hours. You will also be expected to be available as needed for weekend or holiday issues that escalate to management.

YOUR DAY AS A DOG DAYCARE SUPERVISOR

In this pet care role, you will proactively support the company's mission and vision, ensuring customer service and safety standards are consistently met. You will manage staff performance, conduct quarterly check-ins, address performance-related matters, and retrain employees as necessary. You will lead or assist in hiring efforts, onboarding, and training new hires, and administer ongoing staff learning objectives. You will monitor daycare and boarding occupancy, identify opportunities for growth, and handle client service issues to maintain the company's positive reputation. You will oversee schedules, supplies, and equipment, coordinate vendor services, and assist with social media and communications.
