Heavy Equipment Operator / Laborer

We are seeking a versatile Heavy Equipment Operator / Laborer to join our team. This position is responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment, including dump trucks, front-end loaders, skid steers, forklifts, and other site-specific vehicles, while also performing general manual labor tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring that equipment is operated safely and efficiently to support tasks like moving materials, grading, and excavation.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Operate heavy machinery such as dump trucks, front-end loaders, and other heavy equipment.
• Perform general labor duties including landscaping, material handling, digging, loading / unloading materials, and clearing debris on industrial or construction sites.
• Assist with site preparation activities, including grading, excavation, and moving materials.
• Ensure equipment is maintained in safe working condition and address any potential issues with machinery or materials promptly.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Switch between equipment operation and manual labor duties depending on site needs.
• Follow all safety guidelines and industry regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
