Located at Tatum and Greenway in North Phoenix, we're seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide a top-notch service experience for our clients.
Working Hours and Flexibility
Primarily an in-office position with working hours from Monday- Thursday (9AM to 5pm) and Friday (8 : 30AM- 4pm). However, we value work-life balance and are open to flexible schedules that include working from home once we are familiar with your work style and abilities.
Transportation Support :
To assist with your commute, we offer a $200 monthly gas card allowance.

Job Description :
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be a key player in delivering a superior experience for our customers that extends beyond the initial insurance purchase.
The CSR will assist in both service-related and sales-related tasks, developing long-term relationships with our clients and ensuring our service matches our commitment to excellence.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Assist with incoming calls
- Handle rate change reviews
- Address claims concerns and questions
- Assist with billing inquiries and policy transactions
- Manage our Personal Insurance Review program
- Assist with quoting personal lines insurance, preparing quotes for the sales team
- Build relationships with referral partners (mortgage lenders, real estate agents, etc.)

Qualifications :
- High School Diploma (required)
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required)
- Property and Casualty Insurance License required within 30 days of hire
- Life License required within 90 days of hire
Please note that candidates will not officially start in-office until they have obtained their Property and Casualty License.
Study materials and one exam fee will be reimbursed upon passing.
