Position Highlights :

• Full-Time : Monday-Friday
• Location : This role will be performed Remote - WFH
• Processing medical records along with by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical records status
• Documenting information on multiple platforms using two computer monitors.
• Preferred Customer Service and Data Entry and Release of Information experience

What We Need

Datavant's Customer Experience Representative - Retrieval, will interact with Record HUB customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues or complaints as well as educating customers.

The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is : $17.78$22.28 USD.
