The Opportunity
TEN Healthcare is hiring Territory Managers to drive growth in key markets across the U.S. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, developing, and managing relationships with clinics, health providers, and other healthcare organizations. This is an outside sales and production driven role where you’ll work independently to grow market share while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction. Must be willing to travel up to 50%.
We will consider applicants located in Cape Girardeau, St. Louis or Columbia, Missouri.
Requirements :
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with independent clinics, heal providers and other healthcare organizations
- Execute daily / weekly sales activities including cold calls, appointments, and follow-ups
- Deliver compelling, consultative sales presentations to multiple stakeholders within client organizations
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for all accounts in your territoryStay up to date on clinical, diagnostic, and industry trends to better educate clientsAct as a liaison between the lab and healthcare providers, providing timely updates, training, and troubleshooting supportEnsure a smooth onboarding process and maintain ongoing communication to drive long-term satisfactionTerritory & Compliance Oversight
Manage your territory with precision by conducting competitor analysis, define key targets, and build tailored outreach strategiesMaintain accurate documentation and reporting through internal systemsEnsure regulatory and compliance adherence in line with industry standards.Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or healthcare account managementValid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% (some overnight travel required)Preferred :
