We are seeking an experienced Appellate Attorney to join our dynamic litigation team. This attorney will handle a full range of appellate work, including drafting high-level briefs, preparing oral arguments, and providing strategic counsel on appellate issues in state and federal courts.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

Draft and edit appellate briefs, writ applications, and motions for state and federal courts.

Research and analyze complex legal issues to develop strong appellate strategies.

Prepare and present oral arguments before appellate courts.

Collaborate with trial teams to preserve issues for appeal and develop post-trial strategies.

Advise clients and trial counsel on appellate matters and legal trends.
