Job descriptionDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and internal departments. Execution & Oversight Monitor project progress, identify and communicate issues quickly, document resolutions. Coordinate with purchasing to monitor and track key material orders and deliveries. Budget & Documentation Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and logs. Monitor job costs against budget and forecast future costs. Communication & Relationship Management Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members. Required : Strong knowledge of POC accounting / revenue recognition. Proven experience working for or with subcontractors. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Foundation (or similar ERP), MS Project). Preferred : OSHA 30 certification. Experience in plumbing. Combination of office and field work. Must be able to visit job sites as needed. Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, materials, and communication with general contractors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Coordination
Review project contracts, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate with field teams and internal departments to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.
Prepare and track cost estimates, change orders, and invoicing.
Serve as a point of contact for general contractors and clients.
Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience in construction or a related trade.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
