As our Senior Associate, Brand Marketing , you will be a key contributor to elevating and maintaining Maiden Home's brand across all touchpoints.
Working closely with the Director of Brand Marketing, you'll coordinate and execute brand initiatives spanning social media, PR, events, retail marketing, and product launches.

This role is located at our New York headquarters, located in the TriBeCa design district. Responsibilities Support the execution of brand marketing initiatives across multiple channels including social media, PR, events, retail marketing, and product launches, ensuring consistency with brand standards and guidelines Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional partners (Creative, Product, Sales, Operations, Retail, Customer Success), establishing yourself as a reliable, collaborative partner Coordinate product marketing campaigns, translating product positioning into compelling brand creative and go-to-market assets that support launch goals Create and maintain organized brand assets, standards documentation, templates, and processes that enable teams to work efficiently and on-brand Partner with teams to elevate brand presentation quality across all touchpoints, proactively identifying inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement Monitor and analyze performance metrics for brand marketing channels, providing insights and recommendations for optimization Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing operations, or a related field, with demonstrated progressive responsibility Strong understanding of brand standards and how to apply them across formats and channels Proven ability to translate business and brand requirements into creative briefs and campaign concepts Exceptional attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset and eye for elevating brand presentation Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Collaborative team player who can navigate competing priorities with diplomacy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive self-starter who takes initiative to identify gaps and create solutions About Maiden Home Maiden Home is an authority in the world of luxury home furnishings.
