Senior Implementation Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to lead customer implementations and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for onboarding clients, providing consultative support and scoping workflows

Project manage implementation plans, including schedules, communication documents, and follow-up plans

Support change management strategies and facilitate training sessions for end users within client organizations

Required Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on implementation experience with SaaS applications

Experience integrating with ERP and accounting applications such as QuickBooks or NetSuite

Strong project management experience and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience implementing change management strategies

Familiarity with customer data handling and imports
