Job Description

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Perform material takeoffs and quantity analysis to support project planning. Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing. Develop and submit comprehensive bid proposals for approval. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure alignment on estimates. Maintain documentation and records of all estimates and project updates. Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and risk management strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Estimator should have : Proficiency in construction estimating techniques, including takeoffs and submittals. Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively. Experience with construction software and tools to streamline estimating processes. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members. A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
