Materials Data and Procurement Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

The primary focus of this role is responsible for maintaining accurate BOMs and MOMs in Epicor, supports custom product and rework requests, and provides cross-functional updates to operations, sales, and customer care teams. The Specialist also assists with RMA requests, quality compliance, and process improvements while upholding high standards of communication and change management. In addition, this position will assist in managing supplier relationships and procurement activities to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of materials from domestic and international sources. This role oversees purchase orders, vendor-managed inventory, and inventory levels while leveraging MRP and ERP systems to optimize sourcing, scheduling, and production flow.

Materials Management and Product Data

• Utilize Epicor ERP system to configure bills of material (BOM)s and method of manufacturing (MOM)s for product orders, product updates, and rework.
• Support operations and engineering team by maintaining BOM structure and accuracy in reference Core BOM documents.
• Prepare BOMs for custom requests, RMA inquiries, custom paint requests.

Competencies Required

Skills & Abilities

Education : High School Diploma, or GED

Experience : 1-2 years Manufacturing environment with operational responsibilities

Computer Skills : Basic to intermediate Microsoft Skills
