Senior Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to build experiences and services for our business customers as we look to build out the Ring Business Experience focused on delivering value for SMBs. You will build solutions that directly address the unique security and operational needs of our business customers. In this role, you'll thrive on cross-functional collaboration, technical prowess, and a keen business sensepropelling us towards seamless device experiences and raising the bar on performance.

Key job responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to launch and post-launch optimization
• Work closely with diverse teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of product initiatives
• Provide technical guidance and expertise, driving the development of innovative and high-quality solutions
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for product improvement
• Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights, feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap, considering market demands, customer feedback, and business priorities
• Anticipate and address potential risks associated with product development and deployment, ensuring proactive risk mitigation
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain a customer-centric approach, understanding user needs and incorporating feedback into product development processes
