We're seeking a motivated and detail-driven Estimator to join our team and contribute to the success of each project from day one.

What You'll Do

• Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates by analyzing drawings, specifications, labor, and material requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing and ensure competitive bids.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies.
• Utilize preconstruction and estimating software.
• Present estimates to leadership with clear recommendations and supporting data.
• Track and evaluate differences between estimated and actual costs to improve accuracy.
• Maintain organized cost databases and reports for future use.
