VDC PROJECT LEAD

The VDC Project Manager plans and executes Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) activities across assigned projects. This role focuses on defining the BIM Execution Plan and implementing the plan on assigned projects, developing VDC content and standards, and contributing to marketing and estimating efforts as assigned.

Qualifications : Required :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or equivalent AEC industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, planning and executing BIM and VDC at the project level.
• Advanced proficiency with BIM authoring software (Revit) and 3D coordination tools such as Revizto or Navisworks.

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $110,600- $128,700 , excluding fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you join McGough, your final base salary will be determined by several factors, including geography, location, skills, education, and experience. Furthermore, we place significant value on pay equity among our current team members as part of any final job offer.

Please note that the range provided above reflects the hiring range for this role. Hiring near the top end of this range would be atypical, as we aim to allow room for future salary growth.
