TOITOI is a European leader in temporary sanitation, hygiene, and logistics solutions for events and construction.

Since 2022, we have launched operations in the U.S., currently providing VIP restroom and custom temporary water system solutions for high-profile events like Formula 1 Miami and Las Vegas.

We are now ready to take the next step : establishing a permanent presence in the U.S. and expanding operations into Mexico.

Position Mission

The candidate will be the key player in consolidating and expanding TOITOI’s activity across North America, leading both commercial development and the operational execution of high-end temporary sanitation and water projects at large-scale events.

Responsibilities

Business Development :

  • Identify new business opportunities in the events sector (sports, entertainment, corporate).
  • Build strong relationships with event producers, promoters, and agencies.
  • Represent TOITOI at trade fairs and industry networking events.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements with clients and vendors.

Project Management :

  • Coordinate the installation and operation of VIP restrooms and temporary water systems.
  • Supervise logistics, subcontractors, and quality standards on-site.
  • Ensure customer needs are met with excellence.
  • Solve operational issues quickly and effectively.
  • Collaboration & Expansion :

  • Work closely with TOITOI’s teams in Spain and other countries.
  • Suggest process improvements and identify new areas for growth, particularly in Mexico.
  • Promote TOITOI’s service-oriented and quality-driven culture across the region.
  • Candidate Profile

  • U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization required.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in :
  • Event management (logistics, operations, production)

  • B2B business development
  • Project management in dynamic environments
  • Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60% of the time).
  • High proficiency in digital tools (CRM, project management software, collaboration platforms).
  • Requirements :

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event services, rentals, temporary facilities, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of the Mexican market or previous work experience in LATAM.
  • Degree in Engineering, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
