What You'll Do
As a Commercial Construction HVAC Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects run safely, efficiently, and with exceptional workmanship. You will :
- Manage commercial HVAC projects from planning through completion
- Lead and support foremen and multiple installation teams
- Coordinate jobsite activities to maintain schedule, safety, and budget
- Interpret and work from diagrams, drawings, and blueprints
- Prepare detailed material, labor, and cost estimates
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and clients
- Ensure all project deadlines and scheduled milestones are met
- Oversee field quality control and verify proper installation practices
- Prepare cost analyses using bid data
- Review and interpret HVAC equipment selections (indoor / outdoor units, evaporator matches, etc.)
- Work with hydronic boilers, water heaters, and zone systems
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Procore (preferred) for project documentation and reporting
What You Bring
