Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This role includes managing staff, coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- Managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Implementing and monitoring operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue.
