THE ROLE :

  • Project Managers will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of quantitative and qualitative recruitment / sampling projects , including : fielding sample, communicating directly with clients, managing multiple sub-contractors and coordinating with internal team members. ( 85% of time)
  • Project Managers will maintain and grow existing client relationships by supporting team members in the creation of client pricing / proposals and account planning. ( 10% of time)
  • Project Managers will program surveys and organize / interpret data utilizing programming software (e.g., Qualtrics or Decipher) and Excel. ( 5% of time)
  • The success of our clients depends on our efforts. We have a strong dedication to high-quality work which at times requires evening and weekend hours.

WHAT TO BRING TO BE SUCCESSFUL :

  • 4+ years of relevant experience with a track record of high performance including progressive responsibilities focused on project management and / or business operations (supplier side research experience considered an advantage, but not a requirement)
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, manage and effectively deliver on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills along with technology proficiency to support effective interaction with other team members, all levels of management, executives, outside vendors and clients
  • Initiative to explore and recommend more innovative and efficient ways to execute job responsibilities
  • A can-do, positive and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to lead and support the development of team members across the organization
  • Ability (or willingness to learn how) to program surveys in Qualtrics and organize and interpret data in Excel
