HR Coordinator / Administrator
About the Role : We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator / Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively balancing HR functions, administrative duties, and cross-team coordination to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with cross-country teams to support day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
Manage travel arrangements, including flights, rental cars, and hotels.
Assist with general HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records and handling HR-related correspondence.
Support the employee onboarding process, including documentation and induction.
Facilitate office coordination activities and assist with event planning when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in HR administration, office coordination, or a related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Experience managing travel bookings and logistical arrangements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and locations.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Associate's degree or equivalent in Bachelor's degree preferred.
1 2 years of administrative experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with accounting software preferred.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with remote teams.
