Schedule : 1st shift
Starting Rate : $20.00-$24.00
Job Duties :
- Operate precision inspection tools such as :
- CMMs , Optical Comparators , Vision Systems (Keyence, Micro Vu), Micrometers , Calipers , and more
- Perform First Article , In-Process , and Final Inspections
- Support Validation Activities and maintain accurate Device History Records (DHRs)
- Review incoming materials for dimensional accuracy and documentation compliance
- Monitor trends through quality data entry and reporting
- Identify, tag, and log non-conforming materials
- Collaborate with the Material Review Board (MRB) and Quality Engineers for corrective actions
- Participate in process evaluations and contribute to preventive improvements
Skills & Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED requiredExperience with advanced inspection equipment and standard dimensional gaugesAbility to read technical prints and customer specificationsFamiliarity with ISO 13485 and CFR 820 regulationsWorking knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control)Strong computer skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication in EnglishExperience using measurement hand toolsWorked in an inspection position beforeUnderstand inspection documentationMultitasking and organizedBackground on vision system (extra)For immediate consideration please contact Barbara at 978-798-1610!
