Job Description

Quality Manager :

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve AS9100-compliant Quality Management System.
• Lead and manage internal and external audits.
• Align plant processes with QMS requirements and customer expectations.
• Support process owners in risk assessment and mitigation.
• Maintain documentation, policies, and procedures to meet accreditation standards.
• Provide training to employees to ensure QMS compliance.
• Influence cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
