Insurance Defense Attorney Opening

A respected law firm is seeking an insurance defense attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its team. This attorney position is full-time, fully in-office, and offers a strong benefits package. Candidates must be licensed in Arizona and have a solid background in insurance defense work.

Responsibilities :

Represent clients in insurance defense matters from initial assignment through resolution.

Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence as an attorney handling complex cases.

Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts in insurance defense litigation.

Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial with guidance from senior attorney mentors.

Collaborate closely with partners to develop strategic approaches for insurance defense cases.

Qualifications :

At least 2 years of insurance defense experience.

Active Arizona Bar license in good standing.

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills expected of a skilled attorney.

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with precision.

Prior litigation experience preferred.
