Key Responsibilities

Lead global software engineering teams to deliver high-impact SaaS products using modern cloud and microservice architectures

Define and execute the technical strategy for modular application development, ensuring scalability and security

Champion AI-native software engineering practices to enhance quality and speed in the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5 years in leadership roles within a global organization

Proven success in building and scaling complex SaaS systems with microservice architectures and APIs

Deep technical understanding of backend systems and databases (e.g., SQL Server, Postgres)

Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and cloud-native design, particularly in AWS

Familiarity with Agile and Extreme Programming practices
