A company is looking for a People Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a PeopleOps team of up to five members
Own and deliver high-priority PeopleOps projects, including compliance rollouts and HRIS optimization
Act as a subject-matter expert on global mobility, immigration, and compliance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in PeopleOps / HR, with at least 1+ year in a leadership role
Proven experience managing PeopleOps / HR teams in fast-growing startups or scale-ups
Deep expertise in global mobility, relocation, immigration, and compliance in Europe
Strong knowledge of cross-border employment structures
Track record of successfully leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines
