Job Summary and Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group a Multi-specialty Group (Cardiology, Neurology, Primary Care, Geriatric, GI, Urology and others) which includes a well-established Primary Care service line with strong built-in referral base is seeking a General Urologist. This is an employed opportunity with a high volume of procedures, including ample surgical cases and OR time. Details : New service line Medicare 80% No pediatrics 40-60 daily patients between Physicians Post-surgery rounding for inpatient procedures on clinic patients 85% in clinic, 15% surgery Typical Procedures - Cystoscopy, Vasectomy, TRUS Measurement, TRUS Biopsy, Testopel Implant, Urodynamics Call : 7 days per month The ideal candidate : Has excellent clinical and leadership skills Will collaborate with leadership to design, develop, implement and execute roll out of the service line Is entrepreneurial in spirit.
