We're on the lookout for vibrant and hardworking individuals to join our dynamic team at Color Me Mine! As the face of our studio, you will be the key player in welcoming guests to the world of pottery painting, maintaining the studio and processing ceramics!

Color Me Mine, the world’s leading pottery-painting studio chain is located in the heart of Lincoln Center at 68th Street and Amsterdam Avenue. Even if part of a franchise system, every Color Me Mine studio is independently owned and operated. The Upper West Side location is a small, minority-woman-owned business. The studio offers a wide range of unpainted ceramic pieces, including plates, mugs, figurines, and more, ready for you to personalize with your artistic touch. We provide the perfect venue to create keepsakes and memories that will last a lifetime!

About the Studio Associates :

The Studio Associate represents the Color Me Mine brand by delivering excellent customer service, performing operational tasks according to procedures, and maintaining a positive teamwork environment. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist guests with pottery painting and studio processes
  • Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
  • Perform kiln room tasks (training provided)
  • Host birthday parties and events
  • Promote studio offerings and specials
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a food, retail or sales position
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Must be available on Weekends (including evenings)
  • We’re looking for team members who can consistently work 3-4 shifts per week
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

    • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Hourly Pay :  $18 - $22 per hour
  • Studio Associates receive a  set base rate plus tips , with the opportunity for higher earnings based on participation in parties and events

    • Shifts :  Day and evening availability required.
