Release Manager

One of the nation's leading energy system operators is seeking a highly organized Release Manager to join their IT Operations team. In this role, you'll step into a pivotal position coordinating application releases that touch millions of lives, working alongside top-tier professionals who value collaboration and professional growth.

This position begins as a 6-month W2 contract opportunity and is perfect for a detail-oriented professional eager to immerse themselves in release and change management, leveraging both cloud and enterprise technologies. During the contract, you'll be working onsite 2 days per week in Taylor, TX and have access to competitive benefits (below).

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years in IT, ideally in Release or Change Management roles
• Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Excel
• Strong understanding of IT environments : cloud, web, client-server, and Java applications
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple releases
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
