Requirements / Responsibilities

Job Duties :

As a Mold Repair Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, repair, and change of molds to support production efficiency. Your role will involve hands-on technical tasks, troubleshooting, and ensuring the longevity of equipment by applying preventive maintenance strategies.

• Perform daily mold maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Execute mold changes to meet production schedules.
• Conduct mold repairs to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.
• Utilize welding techniques to fix mold components as required.
• Operate lathe, milling, and surface grinding machines for mold repairs and modifications.
