Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture with a strong focus on ServiceNow
• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow
• Extensive experience in two or more ServiceNow modules such as LSD, WSD, ITAM / ITOM, HRSC, IRM, CSM, etc.
• Proficiency in building integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using iPaaS (like Mulesoft), APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools
