The Maria Tash brand is based in New York with worldwide headquarters and its flagship store that opened in 2004. It wasnt until 2016 that the Tash expanded internationally with the opening of a shop at Liberty of London. Following this, the brand has continued to open piercing and jewelry destinations in Dublin (Brown Thomas), Harrods of London, and the worlds very first piercing destination in the Middle East at the Dubai Mall. Responsibilities

The floor supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the stylist team. They work alongside the manager and assistant manager to ensure the team is delivering goals outlined.They are the first point of contact if problems occur with employees or customers.

People Management

• Assist with day-to-day management of stylist team
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback- coaching in the moment
• Ensure all procedure and process are followed through
• Support and deliver on-floor training with all new stylist
• Assist in conducting team meetings with store manager and assistant store manager
