Key job responsibilities :
- Lead complex, high-impact operational projects that start with the customer and work backwards to revolutionize their grocery shopping experience
- Take end-to-end responsibility for multi-functional teams and projects, thinking long-term and acting on behalf of the entire company to drive sustainable growth
- Build and execute innovative project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and success metrics that simplify complex operational challenges and create scalable solutions
- Partner with Store Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, PXT, Legal and Technology teams using strong judgment and good instincts to implement transformative processes and systems
- Analyze multiple inputs, opportunities and risks with a continuous learning mindset to recommend breakthrough, data-driven solutions
- Mentor and develop exceptional team members while building world-class organizational capability and raising the performance bar
- Develop industry-leading scalable solutions that can be implemented across multiple regions and store formats while maintaining relentlessly high standards
- Create bold directions and inspire breakthrough results that scale across Amazon's worldwide physical grocery store network
- Communicate project status, issues, and results to senior leadership with speed, transparency, and calculated risk-taking

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The Colorado base pay for this position ranges from $137,600 / year up to $186,200 / year. The National base pay for this position ranges from $124,900 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
