AWS Architect

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled AWS Architect to support cloud deployments and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. This role involves working closely with development teams and product stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and operation of cloud-based systems. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with software development teams, product managers, and business owners to support deployment and operations. Build and maintain CI / CD pipeline configurations for provisioning and deployment of systems. Automate tools to monitor system health and reliability aligned with business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments. Communicate status updates and risks to product teams. Streamline operations and processes through automation. Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Computer Science or related field preferred. 3–5 years of experience in a professional DevOps role, ideally in a senior capacity. Strong experience with AWS cloud services. Proficiency in Linux or Unix environments. Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, or CHEF. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, TravisCI, CircleCI, or AppVeyor. Knowledge of Git or other version control systems. Experience in Agile development environments. Understanding of platform technologies and industry best practices. Security-focused mindset with experience in risk mitigation through technology. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Helm, Postgres, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, microservices, and message queues. Experience in financial services is a plus but not required.
