TITLE : Instructional Designer (Articulate 360)

LOCATION : Indianapolis, Indiana (Hybrid)

PAY : Target pay for this role is between $45-$55 per hour but may vary based on experience

ENGAGEMENT TYPE : Contract (1 year)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• We're looking for a dynamic E-Learning Content Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for updating and standardizing on-the-job training content for manufacturing processes related to diabetic test strips.
• You will work closely with subject matter experts to identify and close training gaps, ensure compliance with quality standards, and develop engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proficient in Articulate 360 with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Experienced in instructional design within a manufacturing or healthcare setting.
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills are essential.
