Position Summary
The Principal Fixed Asset & Lease Accountant will own the end-to-end process of the company's fixed assets and lease accounting. This includes accounting policy update, implementing process improvements, assistant on system integrations, and serving as the technical expert on ASC 360, ASC 350-40, and ASC 842. This individual will provide strategic insight to management, collaborate with Finance and Operations teams, and mentor junior accountants. It's an ideal opportunity for a technically strong, detail-oriented accountant who thrives on ownership and continuous improvement in a scaling SaaS environment.
