- A detail-oriented accounting professional with 3–5+ years of property accounting experience.

- Manage accounting for a portfolio of single-tenant industrial properties including reconciliations, accruals, reporting, and general ledger review.

Position Overview:
- This role offers the opportunity to manage financial accounting functions for a portfolio of single-tenant industrial properties directly for the ownership group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bank account reconciliations and initiate transfers/wires for payments.
- Prepare monthly property accruals, amortization schedules, reports, and supporting schedules.
- Complete year-end accruals and management fee calculations.
- Review and maintain multiple general ledgers across 25+ assets.
- Collaborate with property management teams on financial matters.
- On-board new property assignments and certify rent rolls.
- Ensure timely posting of rent payments.
- Support portfolio finance teams with requests and inquiries.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 3–5+ years of experience as a Property Accountant.
- Proficiency with MRI or Yardi accounting systems.
- Strong knowledge of accruals, amortization, and general ledger review.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Real estate property management experience preferred.
- Team-oriented mindset.
