Call Center Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team in Enon, OH. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure their concerns are addressed efficiently. This is a contract position requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities :
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers by providing accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Document call details and customer interactions in the system accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Meet performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality.
Requirements :
