Tekberry is looking for a highlyqualified and motivated Client ServiceRepresentative to work onsite with ourclient a toptier global automotive businesses company.

The position of Client Service Representative I entailsbeing the primary customer support for a contactcenter. Success inthis position requires that the CSR can work independently withlittle to no supervision to provide immediate availability beprofessional provide documentation within systems and beknowledgeable of products and services.
The CSR is empowered tomake decisions that will eliminate impedance for our customers tobuy cars. This empowerment requires the CSR to be confident in boththe knowledge of the business as well as Manheims productofferings.
Responsibilities :
- The CSR will partner with all parties informed of thestatus of open issues and will work closely with escalationpartners to identify document and monitor any and all exceptions tothe standard processes to create a list of best practices.
- Maintaining relationships with existingcustomers includes problem solving by the CSR by consulting withdealers and educating them about Manheim and ancillarypartners.
- Part of this process will includeidentifying assessing and resolving these issues and determiningwho needs communication on these issues including central functionssuch as IT or Product or any such Manheim Partners.
- May work across other departments to train on resolvingdifferent client issues.
- The CSR will provideresponsive timely telephone chat and email support. The CSR shallpersonally act as the single pointofcontact for their issues fromidentification through resolution as often as possible (i.
e. takethe call and handle internally vs. transfer or provide othercontacts).
The CSR will also oversee / monitorthe resolution to all problems regardless of delegation to otherdepartments
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED required College degree orequivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2years of Call center and / or client interfacing experience
- Schedule must have flexibility to workevenings weekends holidays as required
- Multitask and prioritize required. Ability to handlemultiple projects / tasks at a time.
- Understandfoundational levels of computers and technology internetemail
- Excellent oral and writtencommunications skills particularly in a phone or emailcontext
- Experience working in a contact centermetrics driven environment
- Strongcommunication skills and basic computer knowledge
- Ability to operate under tight pressure
- Experience working in the automotive industry
