Who we are looking for

Purpose

We are searching for a passionate Omnichannel Marketer to join our growing US AIR Marketing Team. This newly created position will initially focus on pre-launch preparation in anticipation of FDA approval of our global market leading product, Trimbow.

We want to find an experienced individual with the skills, experience, and passion to help us fulfill our mission to introduce Chiesi and our anticipated future launches to US HCPs and patients active in the asthma and COPD disease area. We seek someone who can work effectively in a dynamic team-environment, with a high degree of autonomy. This position reports to the head of US AIR marketing and will start as an individual contributor.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership :

• Provide digital and AGILE methodology leadership to the marketing team and extended brand launch team.
• Architect and drive a future-forward digital strategy that aligns with Trimbow’s brand plan and integrates with the BECX roadmap
• Lead the evolution of digital engagement, balancing the integrating of cutting-edge tools, automation, and personalization strategies with the change management needs of the organization.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop a comprehensive, multi-channel HCP and Patient Marketing tactical plan, budget, and performance measurement plan.
• Contribute to Leadership requests and presentations (e.g., Launch Readiness Updates, Tactical Plans) as necessary.

Experience Required

Education

Bachelor’s Degree : Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
