We are currently seeking a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Transactional) to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including developers, investors, homebuilders, and property managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, negotiating agreements, and managing disputes in the complex and fast-paced world of commercial real estate.
Responsibilities :
As a Commercial Real Estate Attorney, your key responsibilities will include :
1. Providing expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.
2. Representing clients in disputes and arbitrations, utilizing your exceptional negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various real estate agreements and contracts, ensuring they comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
4. Collaborating with other attorneys and professionals to manage and coordinate complex transactions.
5. Conducting comprehensive due diligence investigations to identify potential risks and provide strategic advice to clients.
6. Working with clients to structure transactions, resolve issues, and manage risks related to their real estate assets.
7. Staying abreast of current trends, developments, and changes in real estate law and the broader legal industry.
Qualifications :
To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications :
1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a strong focus on transactional matters.
4. Proven experience in finance and asset management.
5. Extensive experience representing developers, investors, homebuilders, and property managers.
6. Solid experience in dispute resolution and arbitration.
7. Excellent negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
9. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
10. A commitment to providing high-quality legal services and maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics.
