Role Overview

This role will be a strategic partner to the Catalyst COE leadership team, driving planning, analytics, and cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders. This role involves close collaboration with Catalyst leaders, Strategy, Finance, and Operations to define the Catalyst priorities, develop KPIs / OKRs to measure progress and manage executive updates.

• Define and execute the operational cadence across with Catalyst Leadership team
• Support Quarterly Business Review process, both internal for Catalyst team and cross functionally with key stakeholders
• Support planning process, aligning with finance on hiring plans and partnering with engineering team on product roadmap

To Be Successful In This Role You Have :

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.

8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or planning

Experience in a business partnering role

Strong understanding of project management, business processes, and operations

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills

Ability to work independently

Ability to work cross functionally to drive outcomes

JV20 Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location. For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $137,500-$189,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
