Role Overview
This role will be a strategic partner to the Catalyst COE leadership team, driving planning, analytics and cross functional alignment with key stakeholders. This role involves close collaboration with Catalyst leaders, Strategy, Finance and Operations to define the Catalyst priorities, develop KPIs / OKRs to measure progress and manage executive updates.
Key Responsibilities
Operating Cadence
- Define and execute the operational cadence across the Catalyst Leadership team
- Support Quarterly Business Review process, both internal for Catalyst team and cross functionally with key stakeholders
- Support planning process, aligning with finance on hiring plans and partnering with engineering team on product roadmap
Executive Updates
Develop compelling, executive-ready presentations that synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendationsFacilitate discussions across global stakeholders, promoting clarity and alignmentPartner with Strategy and Operations teams to prepare updates for executive and board level presentationsCross-Functional Alignment
Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Strategy, Analytics, and Operations partners to ensure Catalyst strategies are aligned across key stakeholdersRepresent Catalyst COE initiatives in executive forums, surfacing risks and opportunities and ensuring decisions connect to strategic prioritiesServe as a trusted advisor and thought partner to COE leaders by translating insights into strategic recommendationsAnalytics and Insights
Define and operationalize KPIs and scorecards for the Catalyst COE, driving alignment across broader ServiceNow objectives as well as CEG and STEPPartner with DT and Business Intelligence teams to define dashboarding requirements to measure progress on implementation timeSupport ad hoc analytics as needed to support COE strategy and roadmapStrategic Initiatives
Manage strategic projects end-to-end; create workback plans, manage cross functional teams, report updates to executives, set resulting metrics.Serve as an operational thought leader who brings clarity to ambiguity and accelerates decision-makingQualifications
To be successful in this role you have :
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.8+ years of experience in strategy, operations or planningExperience in a business partnering roleStrong understanding of project management, business processes, and operationsStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills.Ability to work independentlyAbility to work cross functionally to drive outcomesCompensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $137,500-$189,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
