Portfolio Manager

A company is looking for a Portfolio Manager for the Veteran and Family Member Programs (VFMP) Modernization initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the VFMP modernization portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and modernization objectives

Oversee the scope, schedule, budget, and integration of initiatives, managing risks and resource allocations

Serve as the primary liaison between VFMP leadership, internal teams, and external partners to ensure effective collaboration

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in business administration, project management, public administration, health informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

10+ years of experience managing complex, multi-project portfolios within large organizations

Demonstrated success overseeing multi-million-dollar modernization initiatives with diverse stakeholders

Proven expertise in project portfolio management, including governance and financial oversight

Strong experience leading teams and managing dependencies across multiple concurrent projects
