IT Program Manager

A company is looking for an IT Program Manager responsible for coordinating project-oriented work efforts and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develops and monitors project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation to ensure adherence to budget and scope

Identifies and manages issues impacting project scope, budget, and resources throughout the project life cycle

Coaches and mentors team members while facilitating effective communication among all project stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years additional experience or Associate's degree plus 2 years)

7 years of IT experience in a leadership role, including 4 years leading multiple concurrent project teams

Completion of a relevant training program may substitute for one year of experience

Advanced knowledge of project management principles and methodologies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
