What You’ll Do

• Design and lead individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs
• Deliver engaging, parent-centered training to help families support their child’s success
• Provide direct clinical services and hands-on supervision to BTs, RBTs, and interns
• Monitor session data and documentation to ensure accuracy and clinical integrity
• Collaborate with families and team members to set goals and track progress
• Host regular team meetings and promote a culture of learning and excellence
• Complete assessments and reports within established timelines
• Maintain BACB compliance and uphold the highest ethical standards

Requirements

Active BCBA certification in good standing Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field Experience working with children on the autism spectrum Passion for collaborative, strengths-based care Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
