Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Operations
Serve as Executive Director during transitionsTrain and mentor Executive Directors and other director-level rolesAssist in developing an Executive Director in Training programComplete special assignments across operations, compliance, wellness, satisfaction, dining, enrichment, safety, aesthetics, training, and staffingProvide hands-on support for start-up communitiesTrain on current and new software systemsSubmit accurate and timely reportsSupervise operational areas at assigned communitiesSupport turnaround efforts in challenged communitiesParticipate actively in site visits, staff meetings, and resident engagementEnsure compliance with city, state, federal regulations, and company policiesMonitor integrity of company programsRespond promptly to resident, family, and employee concernsOversee assigned reports and assist with special projectsPerform other duties as assignedSales
Serve as Sales Director during transitions or in census-challenged communitiesTrain, mentor, and support sales teams under guidance of Senior RVP of Sales and MarketingLead daily stand-ups and communicate prospect statusManage expenditures and analyze budget variancesGuide community-based sales teams in partnership with RVP of Sales and MarketingDevelop and execute marketing plans with Executive Directors and Sales teamsConduct tours, follow-ups, home visits, and personalized outreachMaintain accurate CRM dataUse Prospect Centered Selling tools and methodologyProvide necessary documentation for lease signingsParticipate in internal and external marketing eventsCoordinate with plant operations, life enrichment, and dining services for event successUphold company standards and legal complianceMeet with prospects during regular hours, evenings, and weekendsMaintain professional appearance and hygieneManage multiple tasks and competing prioritiesPromote engagement and superior customer serviceParticipate in professional networking and organization-wide sales trainingPerform other duties as assignedQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, sales and marketing, or related field required3–5 years of successful experience as an Executive Director; turnaround experience preferredMinimum 5 years’ experience in senior living sales managementAssisted Living Certification preferredStrong leadership and performance orientationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrategic and functional problem-solving abilityEffective interaction with Executive Directors and senior leadershipProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Flexibility in schedule and travelReliable transportation for work, events, and home visitsEOE / M / F / D / V
