This role is part of the Supply Chain Transformation team within our Technical Operations (Tech Ops) organization. You'll play a critical role in influencing the future of the supply chain by supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of strategic transformation initiatives that drive efficiency, performance, and innovation throughout the supply chain network.

What You'll Do :

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of strategic transformation initiatives.
• Manage the planning and execution of a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives.
• Drive process reengineering efforts across inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
• Lead the implementation of system features and technologies.
• Develop standardized operational workflows.
• Define, monitor, and report key operational KPIs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
• Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure operational readiness through structured change management.
• Promote safety, 5S principles, and lean operations.
• Promote empowerment and engagement.
