Director, Growth Marketing

The Director, Growth Marketing will lead omni-channel, go-to-market acquisitions campaigns designed and optimized for efficient conversion. This role is ideal for a performance-driven, data-savvy marketing leader who thrives in an agile ceremony based, fast-paced, and regulated environment. This position will reside within the Marketing Organization which is part of the broader Enterprise Growth team. They will extensively collaborate with the following partners : Portfolio, Media, and Brand, Product, Consumer Insights and Analytics, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Data and Technology.

Role Responsibilities

This role leads the development and execution of growth marketing strategies for Humanas insurance products. In close collaboration with the cross-functional team, this role will be specifically accountable for delivering high-impact go-to-market campaigns across channels that drive leads for our Medicare Advantage insurance products and brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead growth marketing strategy for insurance products, including acquisition and conversion campaigns.
  • Design and execute omni-channel campaigns, leveraging digital, DRTV, direct mail, paid media, and emerging channels.
  • Innovate creative development and testing approach leveraging cutting edge tools including AI.
  • Partner with analytics, insights, and media teams to optimize targeting, messaging, and channel mix based on performance data.
  • Collaborate closely with Portfolio, Brand Marketing, and Product teams to develop and align marketing efforts with company and business priorities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ROI, using insights to refine strategy and inform future investments.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS and regulatory guidelines, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
  • Oversee creative development and testing, ensuring campaigns are customer centric, compelling, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Supervise Acquisition AGILE POD, marketing planning and delivery ceremonies, and cross-functional team.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, driving excellence in execution and innovation.
  • Present growth strategies and results to senior leadership, influencing enterprise priorities and resource allocation through an ability to exceptionally articulate concepts visually and verbally.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field or equivalent years of required experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy, ideally in healthcare or a regulated industry.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing data-driven growth strategies for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • 4+ years of strong leadership experience, including managing marketing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success with segmentation, A / B testing, conversion rate optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Expertise with analytics dashboards and tools for measuring and reporting campaign outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for executive leadership and team collaboration.
  • Solid experience working within highly regulated industries.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or similar) in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and innovation in consumer outreach within healthcare.
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets and vendor partnerships.
  • Travel : While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humanas offices for training or meetings may be required.

    Scheduled Weekly Hours 40

    Pay Range $168,000 - $231,000 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
