Position Purpose :
As the primary packaging resource for multiple brands, you will take the lead in managing complex packaging projects and supporting high-level technical initiatives. Your role will involve developing innovative packaging formats from concept through implementation, optimizing existing packaging to maximize value, and creating a competitive edge in our packaging solutions. Collaboration with various teams—Marketing, Sales, Retail, Finance, IT, R&D, Quality, and all Supply Chain functions (Procurement, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Logistics)—is essential to ensure packaging projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our Stratham, NH corporate office.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities :
Lead the ideation, design, prototyping, and development of innovative packaging solutions for new product lines, focusing on delivering memorable consumer experiences.
Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.
Provide expert knowledge in selected packaging technology platforms and maintain an understanding of packaging principles.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with packaging materials and operations.
Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.

Compensation Range : $87,705 - $114,021. Lindt USA's salary range reflects market rates based on our size, revenue, and location. Starting pay is determined by job-related skills, knowledge, experience, and market conditions. A bonus and / or long-term incentive may be included.
