The Role : DCO Maintenance Planner
As a DCO Maintenance Planner at our client, you will be part of a world-class team that

The Maintenance Planner supports the planning, scheduling, and documentation of
maintenance activities for critical data center infrastructure to ensure compliance with
Client's Maintenance Policies, OSHA, and applicable County and State regulations. This
role ensures maintenance programs are effectively managed, properly documented,
and executed in alignment with Client’s safety, reliability, and performance standards.
Working closely with Facilities Operations and approved vendors, the Maintenance
Planner assists in managing and monitoring maintenance programs across all critical
systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, UPS, generator, and other essential
infrastructure supporting data center uptime. The position also helps identify
opportunities to enhance efficiency, control costs, and maintain operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
Support the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities for all critical
infrastructure systems.
Ensure maintenance programs comply with Client Maintenance Policies, OSHA,
and all applicable regulations.
Collaborate with Facilities Operations to align maintenance activities with
operational goals and requirements.
Manage vendor documentation, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and
performance standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records within the CMMS,
including work orders, asset data, and service documentation.
Track maintenance budgets and expenditures, supporting cost analysis and
identifying areas for improvement.
Verify vendors scheduled for work are authorized and have completed required
vendor orientations or are accompanied by authorized personnel.
Enforce Client’s operational and safety standards, addressing any non-
compliant vendor behavior up to and including termination of site access.
Assist with audits, inspections, and reporting to ensure regulatory and internal
compliance.
Support process improvements, workflow optimization, and predictive
maintenance initiatives.

What You’ll Bring
5 years experience working in a critical facilities, data center, utilities, or industrial
maintenance environment
Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, UPS, and generator
systems.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administrative, Technology
Field, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and
maintenance documentation.
Ability to interpret technical documentation, maintenance procedures, and
system schematics for critical infrastructure equipment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with internal
teams and external vendors.
Strong ability to assess maintenance trends, identify inefficiencies, and
recommend process improvements.
High degree of accuracy in documentation, compliance tracking, and vendor
record management.
Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions to maintain uptime and
operational integrity.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, mission-critical
environment.
Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning,
organizing, and prioritizing with attention to detail
Works effectively across teams and disciplines to support Client’s operational
and safety objectives.
Deep understanding of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe
