Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in exterior building restoration , commercial roofing , and building envelope systems . This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in managing complex restoration projects across commercial real estate, healthcare, hospitality, and high-rise residential sectors. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of restoration and waterproofing projects, ensuring technical excellence, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead full-cycle project management for exterior restoration and roofing projects, including façade repair, waterproofing, and leak remediation.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and subcontractors across multiple job sites.
  • Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards including OSHA, IWCA, and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks on restoration of masonry, stone, curtain walls, and metal surfaces.
  • Oversee installation and maintenance of rooftop anchorage systems and fall protection solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance on wet glazing, sealant replacement, and below-grade waterproofing.
  • Support business development through estimating, proposal development, and client presentations.

Required Experience & Skills :

  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience in commercial exterior restoration, roofing, or waterproofing.
  • Strong knowledge of building envelope systems, including curtain walls, façades, and roofing assemblies.
  • Proven experience with leak detection and rapid leak repair methodologies.
  • Familiarity with safety systems including fall protection and rooftop anchorage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

    • Preferred Technical Expertise :

  • Façade restoration (stone, masonry, glass, metal)
  • Commercial roofing systems (flat roofs, membrane systems, flashing)
  • Wet glazing and sealant systems
  • Waterproofing (above and below grade)
  • Elevator interior renovation (optional but beneficial)
  • Safety compliance and risk management
