Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in exterior building restoration , commercial roofing , and building envelope systems . This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in managing complex restoration projects across commercial real estate, healthcare, hospitality, and high-rise residential sectors. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of restoration and waterproofing projects, ensuring technical excellence, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead full-cycle project management for exterior restoration and roofing projects, including façade repair, waterproofing, and leak remediation.
- Manage cross-functional teams and subcontractors across multiple job sites.
- Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards including OSHA, IWCA, and local regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks on restoration of masonry, stone, curtain walls, and metal surfaces.
- Oversee installation and maintenance of rooftop anchorage systems and fall protection solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on wet glazing, sealant replacement, and below-grade waterproofing.
- Support business development through estimating, proposal development, and client presentations.
Required Experience & Skills :
Minimum 7 years of project management experience in commercial exterior restoration, roofing, or waterproofing.Strong knowledge of building envelope systems, including curtain walls, façades, and roofing assemblies.Proven experience with leak detection and rapid leak repair methodologies.Familiarity with safety systems including fall protection and rooftop anchorage.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.Preferred Technical Expertise :
